1991 5A Girls’ Cross Country Team

1991 was the first of five State Championships (1991, 1993, 2014, 2015, 2016) for the BHS Girls’ Cross Country Program. Coached by Mike Adair and Shelly Buhlinger, the team won the Frontier Conference Championship for the first time ever.

At the State meet, BHS placed five girls in the top 12, which earned them All State honors. The BHS team of seven dominated the field of ninety-one runners.

Teem members include: Kameha Kidd (8th place), Jennifer Royer (12th place), Jennifer Thompson (3rd place), Jamie Doe (7th place), Jennifer Christie (10th place), Emily Corbett (37th place), Summer Coyne (38th)

These State Champions ended their outstanding season with a record of 97-3.
