Doug Tolin

Doug Tolin went to high school in Bartlesville before returning home to coach at Sooner High. He eventually was hired as the head men’s basketball coach at Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU). He led his squad to the NAIA Division I championship game three times and won it all in 2010. Tolin worked 14 years at OBU. He currently is an assistant for his son Kyle Tolin at the University of Arkansas-Monticello. (Kyle had worked for several years as his dad’s assistant at OBU.) Tolin and brother Tim will become just the second pair of siblings to both be inducted as individuals into the Bartlesville Sports Hall Of Fame.
