Kenneth Fitch

The 1955 College High School graduate was an All-State tackle for the Wildcats football team and represented Oklahoma in the annual Oil Bowl game against Texas. Ken played football at the University of Oklahoma in 1956 and 1957 under legendary coach Bud Wilkinson. In 1958, he transferred to the University of Kansas where his finished his career. Ken was drafted by the Houston Oilers but elected to join the Army as a Special Forces Ranger and spent six years in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot. He retired as a Lt. Colonel in 1983 after 23 years of service. Ken currently resides in Grove, Okla., after spending many years in New Mexico while serving with a ministry.
